How We Work
Quality is the start point of everything we do. We aim to understand and meet your expectations in a friendly yet professional way throughout all of your time with us.
Design
We find that the kitchen design process works best if we first meet you in the showroom. This will allow you to achieve a good feel for the product and be sure you are committed to bulthaup before Stewart Carr, owner and designer, devotes time to your project. We are deliberately a small business, giving truly personal attention to each client. As Stewart's time is limited he focuses his creative energy on those who have 'stepped over the bulthaup threshold'.
If you would like a bulthaup design solution for your space, we suggest you make an appointment to see Stewart. Try to bring with you architects plans or rough drawings of your own. Over a cup of coffee you can explain what you want to achieve and throw some ideas around with Stewart. If necessary he will also come to your home to survey the space and get a feel for your home.
Gradually he will work with you to a final design, complete with a 'walk through' 3 dimensional plan and costing. This will include appliances and installation plus, if you require it, advice on lighting, building work, decorating etc.
Installation
Once you have placed your order our installation manager will be in contact to do a check measure and understand the electrical and plumbing requirements. At the same time the showroom manager will start to plan the logistics of purchasing, storing and delivering everything you will need. ...Read more
Throughout the installation we will keep in touch with you to explain what is happening. We will liaise with any other people you have working on your house to ensure a smooth fit. Before we leave our team will make sure all your appliances are working correctly and leave your new kitchen clean and tidy.
After sales service
Our service and interest in you does not stop after the installation. You will receive a 5 year bulthaup guarantee with your kitchen - and a life-long after sales service should anything need adjustment.
