We find that the kitchen design process works best if we first meet you in the showroom. This will allow you to understand the quality and versatility of the product and be sure you are committed to bulthaup before your Design Consultant devotes time to your project. We recognise that, whilst we are selling a product, we are, more importantly, service providers. The purchase of a new kitchen or bathroom is inherently a significant purchase for any of our clients. If you would like a bulthaup design solution for your space, we suggest you make an appointment to see one of our accomplished design team. When designing a new bulthaup kitchen we consider not only the prescribed space but also the home in its entirety. This ability to provide customers with additional options, for example, moving an interior wall or installing under-floor heating opens up new opportunities our competitors are unable to match.
Working consultatively with clients, our Design Consultants offer guidance regarding the latest interior trends and combine this expertise with ideas and lifestyle requirements derived from face to face discussions.
Each of our projects is lead by a Design Consultant who works with the client from the beginning of their relationship with bulthaup Winchester. The on going dialogue of the design process builds trust and allows the Design Consultant to truly understand customer requirements. In the eyes of the client it places responsibility with one person who they can contact at any time to discuss their project and receive a knowledgeable response.
Upon completion of the initial design phase of the process we invite our clients into a showroom to talk through the concept. This exciting point in is the culmination of many hours of hard work and often surprises clients with how detailed and considered the final spatial layout has become.

We want our clients to be confident that they know what’s going on and exactly how the project should be progressing along the way.
Throughout the installation we will keep in touch with you to explain what is happening. We will liaise with any other people you have working on your house to ensure a smooth fit. Before we leave our team will make sure all your appliances are working correctly and leave your new kitchen clean and tidy.
After sales service
Our service and interest in you does not stop after the installation. You will receive a 5 year bulthaup guarantee with your kitchen and a full after sales service should anything need adjustment.

How We Work
Gradually he will work with you to a final design, complete with a 'walk through' 3 dimensional plan and costing. This will include appliances and installation plus, if you require it, advice on lighting, building work, decorating etc.
Once you have placed your order our installation manager will be in contact to do a check measure and understand the electrical and plumbing requirements. At the same time the showroom manager will start to plan the logistics of purchasing, storing and delivering everything you will need.
Throughout the installation we will keep in touch to explain what is happening. And it does not stop there. You will receive a 5 year bulthaup guarantee with your kitchen - and our life-long after sales service should anything need adjustment.
